NNEDI OKORAFOR AND KEVIN WATSON JOIN FORCES TO LAUNCH GROUNDBREAKING AFROFUTURISM TV AND VIDEO GAME SERIES, "FICE: PLANET OBLIVORA"

In a collaboration that promises to redefine the landscape of independent storytelling, award-winning sci-fi and fantasy author Nnedi Okorafor and visionary filmmaker Kevin Watson announce their partnership in the creation of "Fice: Planet Oblivora." This innovative AfroFuturism TV series, currently in pre-production and casting, is set to captivate audiences with its rich narratives and imaginative world-building.

Nnedi Okorafor, renowned for her unique voice in Africanfuturism and Africanjujuism—terms she herself coined—is the Emmy-winning author behind the original conception of "Fice." Currently, she is also collaborating with legendary author George R.R. Martin on an HBO adaptation of her novel "Who Fears Death," a powerful blend of science fiction and fantasy set in a post-apocalyptic Africa.

As the mastermind behind Powatt, Watson has established his factory as a leading name in the industry, creating products that have become staples in major retailers, including Urban Outfitters. Kevin Watson made this original identity and logo treatment for Living Legacy   Kevin  Watson started by redesigning the identity from scratch and then he worked on redesigning the full app

First Kevin  begins the project by designing numerous options for the client in step one with his team.

Then the client drills down to to precisely what they like from what is presented. 

Kevin is able able to fine tune the color palettes and the identity as the final brand emerges.

The result is a color palette and look and feel to begin the bases of brand development in all categories and marketing mediums.

I spun a pair of dice and filmed its motion path blur. i then turned that vibe into the concept of this lobby of a gaming venue. this pitch is still pending. notice the path of black whites and the color tones no spots like dice because of the motion. in my designed my goal wa sto maintain a solid symmetry in the environment (as dice are symetrical) the symetry is in the dice in motion aka a kinetic state not a static state thats square. therefore my designed environment feels like its in motion
