I turned an abandoned Bodega and rebuilt it. Munchies cafe was a fresh fluid cafe locate across from the Brooklyn Public library and across the street from a grammar school . This areas health food desert changed with the imactof munchies. .It was right on Fulton avenue across the street from the Frankilin avenue and Fulton st train stop I was a pioneer mixing hip hop themes with fresh food in this era. munchies even experienced a slow era when 9/11 happened and we had to pause our opening for 6 months due to the fact traffic to Brooklyn was altered. When we opened it changed the eating habits of the kids in the community ,firemen, and police and teachers in the community loved us.My munchies store logo was designed by Reginald Jolly aka reggieknow .
The Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce even had meetings there in the year 2000 and 2001.
